The overall responsibility of the Associate Vice President, People & Culture is to focus on the operational functions of the People & Culture department including but not limited to salary and bonus reviews, benefits, monitoring performance and design of employee policies and practices.

How You Add Value

(Including but are not limited to)

  1. Along with the Vice President, People & Culture APAC create an exemplary HR Operations team that supports all Revantage Asia Pacific employees, from arrival and throughout their career at Revantage Asia.
  2. With the support of a third-party payroll provider, deliver accurate and timely salary processing, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations such as CPF contributions and tax deductions, and managing employee records and payroll-related inquiries.
  3. Analyse HR data and metrics to drive business insights and improve employee experience.
  4. Lead multiple and concurrent projects, often collaborating with cross functional teams.
  5. Manage junior resources on projects, providing guidance and direction to achieve best results.
  6. Design and implement policies and procedures that both comply with Singapore government and local employment laws and regulations and fit with values of Revantage Asia Pacific.
  7. Make recommendations for best practice, while always understanding the commercial need of the business.
  8. Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; ensure alignment at a market level as well as capacity for the organisation to attract and retain top talent.
  9. Provide support and guidance to management and other employees when complex, specialised, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations and underperformance.
  10. Responsible for the performance management system and promotions cycle.
  11. Drive process improvement across core HR operations from a systems and process standpoint.

  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  10. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
