The Opportunity:

The Bid Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of strategic pursuits by managing the end-to-end bid process. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex internal governance structures. The Bid Manager ensures that all proposal submissions are compliant, timely, and aligned with both client requirements and internal policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Lifecycle Management
    • Lead and coordinate the full bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission.
    • Develop and manage bid plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Organize and facilitate kick-off meetings, progress check-ins, and final reviews.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact for all bid-related activities.
    • Liaise with internal teams including partners, legal, pricing, risk, and subject matter experts to gather inputs and approvals.
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the bid process.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Interpret and ensure adherence to client RFP/RFI/tender requirements.
    • Navigate and enforce EY’s internal deal governance, management, and approval processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of approvals, compliance checklists, and submission documentation.
  • Process Improvement
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of bid management best practices, templates, and tools.
    • Support post-bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve future submissions.
