Associate Technical Lead (Exp in Repair/Troubleshoot CCTV/Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support, including on-site installation and post-deployment assistance for cybersecurity solutions.
2. Participate in the design, architecture, and testing of cybersecurity products and solutions.
3. Collaborate closely with partners and clients on projects within Singapore and across the region.
4. Perform additional tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. Practical experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity implementation and operations.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
4. Possession of relevant cybersecurity or network security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) is a plus.
5. Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable with a professional attitude.
6. A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
