Associate Team Lead - Continuous Controls Assurance

Within the Strategy & Transformation department at Bunge, the Associate Team Lead for Continuous Controls Assurance (CCA) plays a pivotal role in supporting the CCA program. The responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, overseeing control testing, risk assessment, and reporting activities. The role requires a combination of strong technical skills and emerging leadership capabilities to bridge the gap between entry-level analysts and management.

Main Accountabilities:

• Supervise and mentor junior analysts, guiding control testing procedures, data analysis techniques, and reporting requirements.
• Lead execution of control tests using automated tools to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and anomalies.
• Contribute to risk assessments by evaluating potential impacts and control deficiencies.
• Prepare and review reports on control performance, risk exposures, and remediation efforts for management.
• Assist in managing small-scale projects related to continuous control monitoring and assurance, ensuring timely completion and scope adherence.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased efficiency within the CCA program.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with business process owners, IT, and internal audit to facilitate communication and address concerns, fostering a strong control environment.

Training & Development:

• Provide training and support to junior team members, nurturing their professional growth in continuous control assurance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
