Position Overview

Our intergration services team is hiring a junior IT support analyst to provide guidance and technical support

Role & Responsibilities

  • Virtualization Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Nutanix, VMware or Hyper-V is helpful, but you can learn on the job

  • Systems Administration: Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux is mandatory

  • Networking Basics: Understanding concepts like TCP/IP and firewalls is a good to have skills

  • Monitoring and Maintenance: You'll learn how to monitor cloud systems (like AWS and Azure) and perform maintenance tasks as you gain experience

  • Service Level Maintenance: Good to have knowledge in performing regular maintenance tasks to meet service level objectives

  • Documentation: Keeping records and following guidelines is important, and you’ll learn the best practices as you go

  • Ticketing Systems: Proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira is important for managing support queries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
