Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT support professional to cover maintenance projects and daily system administration. You will troubleshoot across Windows, Linux and Unix, and manage network components such as LAN/WAN, routers, DNS, VPN and firewall.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with weekly standby duties rotating among team members. Location is Bedok office with client site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work on weekly standby with rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on maintenance projects.
• Handle system administration, network support, implementation and troubleshooting in Windows/Linux/Unix.
• Hands-on experience managing LAN/WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN and firewall.

5 days, 8.30am-5.50pm (Standby is required)

Salary: $2600 + $70 Standby allowance on standby week

Location: Bedok office & Client's site whenever required

Job scope:

• To provide support on maintenance project.
• Handle system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting in Windows / Linux / Unix.
• Hands on experience in managing LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / DNS / VPN and Firewall

Requirements:

• Candidate must possessa Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work on weekly rotating standby (rotation with 4 other team members, $70 standby allowance on standby week)
