Responsibilities & Duties

This role supports business operations through reporting, data analysis, and process management. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing staffing and internal cross-charge databases, including data consolidation, cleaning, and reporting.
2. Executing feedback surveys, validating data, and preparing dashboards for leadership.
3. Providing staffing and billing guidance, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
4. Supporting internal teams with project-level information and resource allocation data.
5. Responding to ad hoc requests, creating models for efficiency, and conducting database and report quality checks.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1.5-3 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, and visualization.
• Graduate/MBA degree with high academic achievement or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and in teams, managing confidential information with good judgment.
