Overview

As an Associate Specialist, Technical Support - Fullstack at our global healthcare biopharma company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and execution excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, configure, and maintain computerized laboratory systems, utilizing your creative, analytical, and communication skills to solve complex problems and collaborate with a global customer base and team.

Working within our Technology Centers, you will be part of a team passionate about using data, analytics, and insights to drive decision-making and create custom software to address significant health threats worldwide. Your role will involve configuring systems for operational use in laboratories, supporting validation activities, and providing global technical support by leveraging your expertise in Windows OS, configuration, networking, and general computer setup.
