Associate, Sourcing Manager - Non-IT Sourcing, Group Operations COO

Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and conduct of sourcing actions and negotiations with suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.
2. Own and develop strong relationships with key internal customers and suppliers.
3. Drive and deliver supply chain value and risk management through partnerships and early engagement with stakeholders to understand business needs and market trends.
4. Support category managers in developing and implementing category management strategies.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
• Experience in sourcing for professional and business services, with a proven record of cost savings in these areas, is preferred.
• Impeccable integrity, strong ownership of goals, and a competitive spirit.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, with the ability to advise, sell, and fulfill sourcing needs of internal decision-makers.
• Service-oriented with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with management at all levels regionally.
