We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Associate Software Developer specializing in OutSystems to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality applications using the OutSystems platform. Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, testing, and deploying applications using the OutSystems platform under the guidance of senior developers.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Support the maintenance and optimization of existing applications for improved performance and usability.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor system issues, bugs, and errors in a timely manner.
Work on functional components, such as screens, business logic, and UI elements, with mentorship and supervision.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
Document processes, code changes, and user instructions as needed.
Stay updated on OutSystems and software development trends to enhance skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of the OutSystems platform (certification is a plus).
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, C#, and .NET.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, REST APIs, SOAP) is an advantage.
Proficient in one of the Database languages (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria for IMDA-CLT Program:
Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:
Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
Able to commit to completing the full training program.
Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
