Job description

This role combining ServiceNow ITSM understanding with testing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support requirement analysis, participate in implementation tasks, and ensure quality assurance of ServiceNow modules through structured testing efforts.

Understand and analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of ServiceNow modules.
• Execute test cases manually and via automated tools, where applicable.
