Associate/Senior Associate, Treasures Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Business Function: As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group operates over 600 branches across the country. We offer a full spectrum of products including deposits (including structured solutions for NRI), investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans to help our customers realize their dreams at every life stage.

Job Purpose: To deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with a total relationship value >= INR 30 lakhs through need-based approaches, ensuring client coverage and product penetration via cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products and services.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas.
  2. Engage with existing customers to deepen wallet share through retention and growth of Total Relationship Value (TRV).
  3. Achieve annual volume and revenue targets.
  4. Ensure growth of savings and loan books.
  5. Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management.
  6. Develop client trust and loyalty with DBS via lifestyle and beyond banking propositions.
  7. Drive and deliver exemplary customer service in the local market, upholding DBS standards.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Job Duties:
  1. Manage and grow the TRV of elite Treasures clients with AUM >= INR 10 M.
  2. Conduct portfolio reviews with clients in collaboration with Wealth/Investment/Insurance specialists.
  3. Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services, continuously improving skills.
  4. Resolve customer queries within the agreed TAT as per DBS customer service policy.
  5. Provide market, competition, and product feedback; suggest innovations for improvements.
  6. Ensure compliance and address operational risks.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years experience in HNI Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India.
  • Knowledge of local market and competition.
  • AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certification; BCSBI certification is an advantage.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with MBA in relevant field.
