The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related fields (preferred). Certifications like CPA, CA, CISA, CISM, CIA or CGEIT are a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Experience in audit, risk management, or compliance with a focus on IT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Python) and traditional tools like Excel.
Will be familiar with using AI tools to carry out work more efficiently.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
Effective team player with leadership potential, time management, and project coordination skills.
Adaptability in managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
