Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Research market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to product/service enhancements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and foster partnerships.
Training & Presentations:
Conduct engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Operational Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze business performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree inBanking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
CMFAS certifications (M5, M6A, M6, M8, M8A, M1A) – completed or exempted.
Experience & Skills:
2-3 yearsof experience inbusiness development, marketing, client servicing, or sales.
Proven ability todeliver presentationsand engage diverse audiences.
Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinkingskills.
Excellentinterpersonal and communicationabilities, with a passion for networking.
Interest in investments/financial marketsis a strong advantage.
