Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. seeks a corporate finance professional to support the Strategic Advisory unit in M&A and related transactions.

You will prepare client pitches, perform valuations, and lead workstreams across Food & Agr i, Industrials, and TMT sectors, coordinating with senior bankers on deal origination and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the Food & Agri, Industrials, and TMT sectors.

The team has worked on transactions of all sizes and complexity, including some of Asia Pacific’s most significant M&A deals. Using the DBS Asian connectivity to find partners, they connect corporate clients in North Asia, Southeast Asia, India and Australia with each other, for M&A transactions, business joint-ventures and strategic investments.
