Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, corporate communications, public affairs, business journalism, digital media, investment communications or brand storytelling.
• Experience developing business, investment, corporate reputation or thought leadership narratives in a large corporate, financial services, technology, media or agency environment.
• Proven track record delivering integrated content and storytelling programmes across multiple channels, on time.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities, investment themes and strategic initiatives into compelling stories that resonate with key stakeholders.
• Develop platform-native content optimised for engagement, audience relevance and platform performance.
• Partner with agencies, creators, designers and production partners to develop high-quality content assets, including short-form video, documentary-style content, motion graphics, photography, podcasts, infographics and executive assets.
• Build engagement opportunities around content pillars and audience interests, and extend reach through creator partnerships.
• Apply audience insights, analytics and social listening to inform content decisions and measure effectiveness.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, digital communications, community engagement and corporate reputation. The successful candidate will support how Temasek's stories are told across platforms, helping ensure content, from executive thought leadership and long-form articles to social video and podcasts, is aligned with institutional priorities and reputational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Storytelling

• Translate business priorities, investment themes and strategic initiatives into compelling stories that resonate with key stakeholders.
• Adapt executive communications, speeches, articles and thought leadership into engaging digital content.
• Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring content is accurate, compelling and aligned with Temasek's voice and values.
• Support the development and execution of the editorial strategy and annual content roadmap
• Support on editorial calendars, content pipelines and production workflows.

Digital & Social Communications

• Develop platform-native content optimised for engagement, audience relevance and platform performance.
• Apply audience insights, analytics and social listening to inform content decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of developments in digital platforms, content formats, creator ecosystems and emerging technologies.
• Explore and leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance content creation, distribution and performance.

Multimedia Storytelling

• Champion a multimedia approach to storytelling across channels and audiences.
• Partner with agencies, creators, designers and production partners to develop high-quality content assets, including:

• Provide creative direction and ensure consistency across all formats and touchpoints.

Community Engagement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, corporate communications, public affairs, business journalism, digital media, investment communications or brand storytelling.
• Experience developing business, investment, corporate reputation or thought leadership narratives in a large corporate, financial services, technology, media or agency environment.
• Proven track record delivering integrated content and storytelling programmes across multiple channels, on time.
