OVERVIEW

Our client, a Japanese PE fund, is looking for an associate/senior associate for their investment team in Singapore.

You will be responsible for supporting investment operations and executions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting all aspects of private equity investment operations

• Sourcing and evaluating investment targets

• Supporting due diligence and contract execution

• Supporting the execution of investments

• Handling reporting and other tasks related to fund management

• Business development by connecting Asian investee companies with potential Japanese partner companies

Requirements

• More than 3 years of related experience (such as Investment Banking, Consulting, or M&A)

• Individuals interested in investing in emerging and small to medium-sized enterprises in Asia.

• Professional working proficiency in both English and Japanese in order to liaise with stakeholders.
