Job Responsibilities

Strategy, Planning and Performance Tracking

  • Support strategy development and execution.
  • Support annual business planning and budget exercise.
  • Support group-wide performance management via target setting/ KPIs.
  • Conduct research and assess market landscape, opportunities and threats.
  • Facilitate performance tracking to drive KPIs.

Strategic Projects/ PMO/ Governance

  • Support key projects (high impact and high complexity) for the organization.
  • Setting up efficient tracking and monitoring mechanisms for effective project management leading to results.
  • Support implementation of strategies, policies and procedures for the Company to ensure achievement of the Group’s objectives.
  • Help to review and drive effective governance of the Group e.g. review of group approving committees in line with strategic goals to strengthen governance.

Management Reporting

  • Provide management with reports and information to track and monitor business performance, initiatives and projects.

Prepare reports for various parties (e.g. shareholders, regulators) as and when required

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in Investment Banking / Financial Services preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills - ability to navigate and manage cross-functional groups and business units
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin – spoken and written to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
