As an Associate/Senior Associate in our Business Consulting Finance team, you will help advance our Finance agenda and play a key role in shaping the following areas:

1. Support in gathering data and understanding current processes through interviews and walkthroughs with client counterparts.
2. Analyze, optimize, and redesign end-to-end Finance processes, including the technology used.
3. Support automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, AI, and Machine Learning.
4. Research and collect relevant information to provide value-added recommendations.
5. Describe Finance Policies and improve Finance Data & Standards, working towards their implementation.
6. Assist in determining the digital Finance strategy, designing the Finance Operating Model, and setting up Finance Governance.
7. Support proposal development with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.
8. Participate in internal Finance trainings and complete web-based learnings to stay current in the Finance area.
9. Develop positive relationships with peers and supervisors for advice and support.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
2. Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities related to major Finance processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report is desirable.
4. Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
