Responsibilities
  1. Be the key liaison for external information vendors to ensure effective support: market data service delivery, contract inventory, and invoice payment.
  2. Manage the team mailbox to address queries from internal and external stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices, or general data/troubleshooting issues.
  3. Update and track users’ and enterprise feed subscriptions accurately in the contract inventory.
  4. Handle invoice management, including reconciliation to agreed commercial terms, variance analysis, and upload to Workday for authorization and payment, in accordance with internal controls, country tax requirements, and payment terms.
  5. Ensure financial transparency in cost allocation for contracts managed by Data COE, with the business responsible for their budget and spending. Generate quarterly allocation files for finance based on vendor usage data.
  6. Review yearly accruals, ensuring completeness and accuracy through active engagement with Finance and Procurement teams.
  7. Manage the firm-wide enterprise data subscription budget, preparing the budget and accruals for approval.
  8. Reconcile Workday data domain and reports with the data spend dashboard.
  9. Maintain automation tools and dashboards for reporting, proactively suggesting improvements to replace manual workflows where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial markets, client service, procurement administration, or payment management, preferably in Investment Asset Management.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of market data functions and services, with the ability to see how work streams’ processes integrate.
  • Strong analytical skills, good decision-making, process orientation, and the ability to quickly assess issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Strategic focus with the ability to analyze data and the investment business, formulate, and implement robust processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, results-oriented.
  • (For internal screening) Knowledge of external providers such as Bloomberg, S&P, FactSet, Refinitiv, and MSCI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
