A medical company seeks a motivated sales professional responsible for customer and account management in the Cardiology field. This role involves developing long-term relationships with stakeholders, executing sales strategies, and launching new products while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Position Summary
The position will be responsible for customer and account management within the assigned territory. This will include:
Knowing key decision makers, developing rapport, and understandingdecision-making process.
Expanding business by developing new accounts.
Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders in important accounts
Develop/implement efficient distribution network for assigned geography and accounts
Performing customer visits and conduct presentations, seminars, in-service
Identifying red flags within accounts, handling objections, identifying influencers and knowing competitors.
Planning weekly/monthly sales activities.
Executing delegated strategies to develop and grow portfolio.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target
Pick up product knowledge and information to be a specialist in area
Launch products to target customers through sales promotion and activity
Organize product training and provide qualified service to healthcare professionals to deliver accurate usage of products
Focus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of company
Instant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policy
Report market situation and competitor activity to management with accuracy
Work in compliant and ethical manner; always adhere to company policies & local regulations
Team work to achieve individual and team’s goals – work with relevant department to serve customers’ needs
Qualifications
Diploma graduate
1-2 years’ sales experience in Cardiology field is ideal but fresh graduates are also welcomed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results focused, deliver results by adopting flexible, innovative, and compliant approach
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
