Job summary

RBC Wealth Management Asia in Singapore seeks a Client Support Desk member to support the WMA business. You will handle account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, and payments, and mentor onboarding of new relationship managers.

You will ensure timely execution, handle queries, uphold KYC/AML and cross-border rules, and collaborate with Sales Management Office to improve client experiences and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Solid investment products knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Familiar with KYC/AML/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle new account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, payments, and order taking.
• Mentor onboarding of new relationship managers.
• Provide guidance for client/RM queries and RBC WMA offerings.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adhere to KYC/AML and cross-border regulations.
