Associate Relationship Manager - Tile/Bath ware
    As a Product Promotion & Demand Generation specialist, you will be responsible for conducting frequent site visits to multiple retailers. Your primary goal will be to effectively explain product features, benefits, and applications in order to generate interest and demand. Your strong communication and presentation skills will play a crucial role in educating buyers on how the product can benefit their customers. Additionally, you will need to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets within your assigned territory.In the realm of Customer Relationship Management & Collections, you will be tasked with building and nurturing strong relationships with assigned retailers. Your ability to foster trust and maintain open communication will be key in this role. It will also be essential for you to proactively manage client accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.In the area of Market Development & Lead Generation, you will continuously gather market intelligence through research and observation within your designated territory. By leveraging market insights and lead generation techniques, you will identify potential new retail partners to expand the retail network. Your contribution to onboarding new retailers through a defined process will be vital for the growth of the business.To ensure Operational Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction, you will collaborate closely with sourcing teams to guarantee proper order execution, timely deliveries, and accurate fulfilment. It will be your responsibility to identify and promptly escalate any service or quality issues to uphold customer satisfaction. Addressing customer concerns and complaints efficiently will help maintain positive relationships and ensure customer loyalty.,
