Job description

The Associate Relationship Manager role supports BDO Singapore’s Head of Wealth Management with the day-to-day overall activities related to Investment Accounts for the Regulated Activities under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) to achieve its overall objectives and targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains client relationships as well as to attend to overall trade, investment and operational process needs
  • Perform suitability assessment/s to identify unsuitable or mismatch products and conduct other selling process as regulated by policy and procedures
  • Keep updates on market trends, risks, investment products and services to fulfill client investment needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Finance, Business administration or related disciplines with at least 3 years' experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of wealth management/private banking investment products (experience is highly preferred)
  • Possess a client centric mindset aiming to deliver excellent client service and execution enhancing client relationship and retention
  • Able to work with internal stakeholders and partners leading to efficiency and productivity

The candidate should be Singaporean Citizen or a holder of Permanent Resident Visa.
