We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Relationship Management. Reporting to the Director, this is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients.
• Manage accounts and upsell Group's services to existing clients.
• Assist clients with queries related to companies in different offshore jurisdictions, including day-to-day matters of pre- and post-incorporation.
• Collaborate with various clients, such as end clients and professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers, and CPAs.
• Coordinate with the Client Solutions Team to support services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and KYC requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

• University or Polytechnic graduates in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or relevant disciplines.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience (on-the-job training provided).
• Client service and engagement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eloquent communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and Viewpoint; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• High professional integrity.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.
