We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Relationship Management, Global Incorporation. Reporting to Director, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations this is a full-time and permanent position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
  • Prepare and maintain key documents like the Register of Directors, Share Certificates, and other legal paperwork.
  • Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
  • Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
  • Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.
  • Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field.
  • Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
