You’ll manage a full 360° desk with the autonomy and support to grow your own portfolio.

• Develop and manage your client base across local, regional, or even global markets.
• Negotiating terms and secure new client agreements.
• Lead sourcing efforts, including headhunting, market mapping, and identifying top-tier talent in your industry.
• Build a strong niche and become a trusted market specialist.
