We are looking for someone who has sufficient knowledge of the media landscape, and some experience in PR and communications, having kept abreast of the latest policies, developments and trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account leads to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Implement local and global PR strategies, plan and develop PR collaterals (e.g. communication guidelines, press releases, press kits, newsletters, etc.) for key product launches, brand news and thought leadership
  • Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and cultural news and prepare coverage reports
  • Support account lead with planning and development of corporate and sustainability-related initiatives and collaterals for our clients that covers traditional and social media.
  • Support account lead with influencer management, social activations and content creation.
  • Provide media relations support – conducting research, building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, and managing media relationships and opportunities
  • Prepare timely team and client updates on all stages of project processes; prepare accurate and thorough conference call or client meeting recaps
  • Assist and contribute to the development of long-term strategic clients plans and program recommendations, developing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations
  • Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
  • Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership on executional issues specific to assigned programs

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Associate role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Dedication to details and have a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • International outlook or experience favorably considered
  • Keen to develop your career in the PR industry and value professionalism
