We are seeking a passionate and analytical individual to join our research team as an Associate Psychologist (Research). This role offers excellent opportunities to build hands-on experience in applied research, data analytics, and digital learning within the social service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of both quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Conduct literature reviews, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and transcriptions
• Monitor data collection progress and verify data quality and completeness
• Build and maintain research databases and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R
• Support the development of research presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of e-learning modules, infographics, and training content
• Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to research and capability building
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
• Strong foundation in research methodology and intermediate-level data analytics
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or similar data analysis platforms
• Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
