Job summary

Legal & General, a leading UK financial services group, is hiring an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team in Singapore. You’ll coordinate and produce high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs and client inquiries, working closely with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance to showcase our capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the coordination, development and delivery of high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance and other teams to gather and refine content.
• Managing timelines for proposal delivery, highlighting risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining and updating proposal content within internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Reviewing and editing documentation to ensure clarity, quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Tracking proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Building knowledge of investment products, market trends and macroeconomic developments.

Job Description

We’re looking for an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality client proposals across a range of investment products and asset classes. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge of financial markets while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating and producing compelling responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client enquiries, helping to showcase our capabilities and support our commercial objectives.
