Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated project manager to oversee technology projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, focusing on planning, team allocation, and risk management. Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail are crucial. The role offers opportunities to engage with global stakeholders and contribute to innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in technology projects, with around 1+ years of managing projects.
  • Experience with Onsite/Offshore operating model and Shared Services/Resource pool.
  • Strong skills in Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modeling are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan activities and ensure no key tasks are missed.
  • Allocate and distribute work among team members.
  • Supervise project team and manage overall timelines.
  • Handle risks and issues daily, updating stakeholders.
  • Solve escalations quickly while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations.

Job Description:

  • Able to plan the activities sequentially and make sure that key activities are not missed. Make sure activities pending on customer are highlighted in advance and completed in time as well.
  • Able to allocate and distribute work among the team and manage overall scheduled project plan timelines.
  • Supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Managing risks and issues on a daily basis and highlight the same to the stakeholders in timely manner.
  • Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination, and at the same time building and maintaining customer relationship.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in technology projects, with around 1+ years of experience in managing projects.
  • Able to work with Onsite/Offshore operating model including the model of Shared Services/Resource pool.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment.
  • Prior experience conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in any HRIS Implementation projects is an advantage.
