Job Description
- Provide administrative support to SHWH Management for developmental/new initiatives
- Provide administrative and communications support to SHWH Programme team through design support for collaterals, publicity and communications materials, etc for internal messaging, publicity of resident-related activities
- Assist in the implementation of communications initiatives (for staff and residents) to enhance communications internally within SHWH - through the design of infographics, animations, etc and other forms/formats
- Assist to put in place proper filing system for Programme and Operations sections and ensure relevant documents are filed accordingly, in accordance with audit requirements
- Assist in preparation of new casefiles (with relevant documents) for Programme section prior to the start of the month
- Assist in compilation of statistics and preparation of routine reports, e.g. monthly reports, etc.
- Provide support in other routine administrative related matters, e.g. printing relevant documents/forms, tracking and ordering of stationery items, maintaining of programme/recreational related items/equipment (e.g. computers, board games, musical instruments, etc. for residents’ use), defects management, procurements of items etc.
- Provide administrative support for Programme team in organising resident related events and activities such as dormitory meetings, pro-social activities, community service projects, etc
- Ensure residents’ safety when residents are engaged in group activities and events organised by the HWH.
- Responsible for Residents’ safety when residents are engaged in group activities and events organised by the HWH.
- Track and evaluate Residents’ progress during their stay at the HWH.
Any Other Duties
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Assistant Director Programme/ Lead (Case Manager/Reintegration Mentor)
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma in any discipline.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered even without meeting the minimum educational qualification.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate, meticulous, and confident working with figures.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn and willing to go above and beyond assigned duties.
Other Information:
- Work Location: Upper Changi Road North Singapore
- Contract Type: 1-year contract (maternity cover)
- Able to commence work: mid June 2025
