Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead product planning and marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

You will partner with regional and global teams to deliver successful launches, grow markets, and support healthcare professionals through education and training. You will drive strategies, manage launches, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to optimize registrations and market uptake.

Qualifications

• Lead product planning and marketing initiatives for assigned portfolio across SEA, HK & Taiwan.
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and launches across the SEA region.
• Act as liaison between Arthrex APAC, distributors, and regional stakeholders to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver product education and technical training to internal teams, distributors and clinicians.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and opportunities to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams for registrations and launches.
• Support medical education events and surgeon engagement activities.
• Monitor product performance and provide market insights to sales teams.

As a Product Manager, you will lead product planning and marketing initiatives for your assigned portfolio, partnering closely with regional and global teams to deliver successful product launches, drive market growth, and support healthcare professionals through education and training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies across the SEA region
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Act as the key liaison between Arthrex Inc., APAC teams, distributors, and regional stakeholders
• Deliver product education and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals
• Support commercial teams in identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and product growth initiatives
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product registrations and launches
• Support medical education events, workshops, conferences, and surgeon engagement activities
• Monitor product performance and provide ongoing sales and market insights

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science, or a related discipline
• 3-4 years of Product Management or Marketing experience within medical devices, healthcare, or orthopaedics
• 6+ years of Sales experience within Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy, Endoscopy, Arthroplasty, or related medical specialties
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities
• Comfortable working across diverse markets and cultures throughout Southeast Asia
