Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Senior Producers to create project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled.
Assist in the development of creative concepts and proposals in response to client briefs.
Manage project-related documentation, including timelines, budgets, and contracts.
Support on-site event management, ensuring operations run smoothly and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement and collect client feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Events Management/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
4 years of working experience in a similar function in a MICE or Marketing Agency.
Possess strong project management skills to execute multiple projects concurrently.
Possess strong communication skills both spoken and written.
