Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join our private equity team in Singapore. Our fund is a one-of-a-kind impact investment platform managing over USD 500 million in assets, with a focus on building and operating large-scale industrial real assets (including farms). With a global investor base and an active pipeline of greenfield developments, the Associate will play a key role in supporting investment execution, portfolio management, and fundraising activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Financial modelling & analysis: Build, refine, and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support portfolio decision-making.
  • Investment materials: Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memos, and supporting materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Due diligence: Assist in managing due diligence processes with external advisors, consultants, and partners.
  • Portfolio support: Track and analyze portfolio performance, prepare monitoring reports, and support value-creation initiatives.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on transactions and portfolio projects, ensuring smooth execution across functions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a private equity fund, investment bank, or similar environment, with strong exposure to financial modelling and presentation preparation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related quantitative discipline from a reputable institution is required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus given the regional exposure.
  • Skills: Excellent financial modelling skills, strong analytical and presentation abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Personality: Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
