Job description

Job Title: Portfolio Marketing Manager

As a Portfolio Marketing Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams to manage end-to-end projects. Your role will involve executing marketing project plans, facilitating content development, and overseeing demand generation campaigns using thought leadership content to impact the sales pipeline.

You will focus on ensuring the quality delivery of marketing materials, highlighting risks, and driving initiative execution in collaboration with the Industry Sales Executive and Marketing Lead to enhance Capgemini's revenue growth and profitability through the alliance portfolio of offers.

Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in marketing, such as an MBA or diploma, from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a large IT MNC, India Services pure play, Business Consulting firm, or account management experience in large advertising agencies with multinational clients.
  • Desirable: Exposure to Martech tools and CRM, strong understanding of branding fundamentals, familiarity with latest trends in new media.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn about new industries and market trends.
  • Prior experience in project management, planning, and executing global marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in time management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, events, digital marketing, marcom, and creative development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.
