Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures and assist in audits and compliance reviews in Singapore.
  • Conduct reference checks for ex-employees and addressing queries relating to RNF matters in Singapore.
  • Support HR compliance in MAS Individual Accountability & Conduct guidelines including Senior Managers identifications, Annual Attestations and Job Description refresh.
  • Provide end to end Employee Lifecycle support across different businesses in Singapore, including regulatory surveys.
  • Assist in reviewing processes for continuous improvement and participate actively in HR initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure our HR processes are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Work closely with People Partners and COE Leads in understanding business requirements and to develop the right strategy to ensure service level and employee experience remains satisfactory.

Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist roles within international companies.
  • Experience in the financial services, insurance, financial brokerage industry will be an added advantage.

Education

  • Academic: Minimally Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or Business Management
  • Professional Certification(s): IHRP Certification (advantageous)
