Job description

Join our People and Culture team supporting the Commodities and Global Markets business across Asia on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will provide comprehensive HR support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of the business. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic junior HR Advisor looking to develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What role will you play?

You will build effective relationships with stakeholders and managers as a trusted HR advisor to support the delivery of HR strategy across the Asia region. You will provide dedicated HR support to the HR Business Partners and help manage day-to-day HR operations, as well as support the execution of employee engagement and talent strategies to drive an engagement and inclusive culture.

What you offer

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
