Job description

· Assess and process applications for absolute and collateral assignment, beneficiary nomination and
vesting within service, compliance and regulatory standards
· Handle investigation of complex cases from policyholders and financial representatives on
assignments and nomination of beneficiary
· Work collaboratively with various departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Legal, Group Risk
Management on assignment, beneficiary nominations, FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) matters. Note that FATCA and CRS forms are part of
submission requirements for assignments and trust nominations.
· Provide strong support in handling enquiries from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives on section cases and processes
· Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and defects
· Review and provide continuous improvement to the section’s processes
· Assist to document changes in workflows for the section
· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences from insurance or financial sector
