Role requirements
Minimum 4 years in the financial industry with Japanese corporate banking industry experience.
Minimum JLPT N1 Certification or a degree in Japanese university or equivalent is required to interpret and communicate requirements to the Tokyo Head Office, where primary business communication is in Japanese and work in partnership with the senior management.
Experience in Corporate Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to details and strong analytical skills.
Strong work ethics and good team player.
Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of legal, accounting and tax practices in Merger & Acquisition transactions.
