Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Associate Merchandiser to join our team. The Associate Merchandiser will assist the Manager in PO creation, reports, liaising with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure a seamless process of stock to store after orders are placed, and providing necessary clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure order confirmations and invoices from suppliers are accurate.
  2. Create and upload purchase orders to facilitate the receiving process.
  3. Work on retail prices with buyers or store managers and ensure prices are aligned for carryover styles.
  4. Follow up and keep track with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Follow up with suppliers and liaise with stores when issues arise (e.g., damaged stocks, wrong items delivered, etc.).
  6. Check and submit invoices for pre-payment processing.
  7. Liaise with stores and warehouse to arrange stock distribution.
  8. Coordinate with stores and MIS on inventory system-related issues.
  9. Conduct weekly stock level replenishment for stores.
  10. Monitor stock levels of key items and follow up with re-orders when necessary.
  11. Prepare weekly and monthly sell-through reports.
  12. Track and report monthly consignments.
  13. Prepare and conduct seasonal product training and conduct regular store visits.
  14. Provide sales analysis, stock status, or other reports upon request.
  15. Ensure stock availability across online channels.
  16. Support operational activities as needed.
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar role and industry preferred.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel and Office.
  4. Strong numeric and analytical skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Sense of urgency, flexibility, and ability to multi-task.
  7. Willingness to learn.
