Associate / Medical Lab Technologist

• Work Days/ Hours: Mon-Sat 5.5 Days (8am-430pm)

Description

• Perform routine laboratory operations and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, and Point of Care Testing (e.g., glucose, Prothrombin Time)

• Perform clinical lab tests such as urinalysis, haematology, biochemistry, and microscopy independently

• Conduct and verify quality control for analysers, ensuring all test results are accurate and reliable

• Ensure proper identification, processing, and storage of specimens in line with laboratory best practices

• Notify inventory personnel when reagents or supplies are running low

Requirement

• Possess a recognised Diploma / Degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or other relevant fields

• At least 1-3 years of experience in laboratory environment and/or relevant

• Experience in phlebotomy preferred

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
