This key position partners with the Manager, Synergy Marketing to create magic at sea. You will be instrumental in delivering cross-company synergy initiatives to support the launch and ongoing success of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, Disney Adventure, sailing from Singapore in December 2025.
The role involves developing and leading strategic cross-company integrations that align with the overall marketing strategy, identifying initiatives across Disney Southeast Asia to enhance brand value and consumer engagement, and managing requests to foster strong programs supporting Disney Cruise Line’s marketing campaigns.
You will also support the Partnerships team in developing and executing high-impact partner marketing campaigns, managing a diverse portfolio of partners, and ensuring campaign strategies align with Disney Cruise Line’s brand and commercial goals. Collaboration across internal teams and external partners is essential for campaign success.
The ideal candidate will work well in a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
