In this module, students will examine the process by which buying decisions are made in consumer markets. They will learn about various issues and concepts related to consumer research and critically appraise these in terms of their validity and managerial significance.
The aim is to develop students' theoretical understanding of consumer behaviour and their ability to apply this knowledge practically. The module also aims to enhance critical reading, writing, analysis, and interpretation skills related to core theoretical concepts and their relevance to marketing practice.
