This module aims to help students analyze and process accounting information for management decisions. Students will learn managerial accounting techniques to enable planning, control, and sound decision-making. The curriculum includes principles of managerial accounting, cost terminology and behavior, relevant costs, break-even analysis, budgetary control, standard costing and variance analysis, capital budgeting, performance evaluation, and pricing.
