Job Description

It’s often suggested that we are living in an age of ‘convergent media’ – media that bring users, content, technologies, and experiences together in new and interesting ways in the digital realm.

This module explores how networked digital media connects people, ideas, texts, images, technologies, and industries in innovative ways.

Students will examine topics such as:

  • interpersonal communication on social media;
  • the relationship between media technologies and cultural change;
  • audiences as creative producers.

Requirement: Marking individual or group assignments.

Job Requirements
  • A PhD or Master’s Degree in a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with various referencing styles, especially the Harvard Stirling University Referencing style.
