Sub-team Description
The Regional Learning & Development, Communications, Culture, and Engagement Team supports the SeaMoney businesses in cultivating a learning culture and developing high-performing leaders in SeaMoney. The team is also entrusted with driving key employee engagement and culture initiatives and ensuring effective internal communications within the organisation. SeaMoney is a fast-growing fintech company in the region, and you will be working closely with senior management in a dynamic, globalised, intellectually stimulating environment.
Job Description
Learning & Development (L&D)
Oversee and coordinate L&D initiatives (e.g., leadership summits, management meetings, OKR alignment meetings, leadership dialogue sessions, new hire onboarding session) from end to end
Partner with stakeholders from regional & local HR teams to roll out learning initiatives
Gather and analyse learning needs across different functions and markets, and monitor and track learning effectiveness
HR PMO / Special Projects
Support any other HR projects or initiatives as assigned
Collaborate with regional HR teams on the development and implementation of key People related projects
Support research and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate initiatives, and develop solutions to support organisation-wide COE initiatives
Communications, Culture, and Engagement
Support the development and end-to-end management of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience, e.g., town halls, awards ceremonies
Support the implementation of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages
Support the preparation of internal communications, including sourcing and managing the procurement of event materials and merchandise
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines from a reputable university
At least 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Consulting (with specialisation in Leadership Development / Learning & Development). Interest or knowledge in Financial Services and other People-related topics i.e., employee experience, engagement, and internal communications, is a plus
Demonstrated strength in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Good presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to comprehend complex messages and business needs, and simplify ideas for ease of communication to the workforce
Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable to work with ambiguity and empowerment
