From majestic natural vistas to intricate traversal paths and combat arenas, you will drive the creation of open and semi-open outdoor environments that feel alive, coherent, and aligned with the games creative vision.Your future teamYou will join a project with 100 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.) from multiple countries (Europe, Canada, USA.). Location: Pune (on-site)Your future impactWorld & Level Design Craft outdoor levels that blend exploration, narrative, and gameplay into seamless experiences. Build memorable landscapes that guide players naturally and support multiple playstyles.Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration Work closely with environment artists, narrative designers, and gameplay engineers to ensure terrain, architecture, and gameplay elements are deeply interconnected.Player Flow & Pacing Design navigation paths, sightlines, and gameplay rhythms that support storytelling, challenge, and discovery, all while maintaining an intuitive spatial experience.Leadership & Mentorship Support and mentor other level designers locally and globally, ensuring design consistency, quality, and innovation across all outdoor environments.Prototyping & Iteration Rapidly prototype layouts and greyboxes in Unreal Engine. Use feedback from internal reviews and playtests to refine and enhance the player's outdoor journey.Impact Overview:Players explore richly layered outdoor spaces that invite curiosity, exploration, and mastery.The Game benefits from structured, readable, and dynamic level layouts that support narrative and gameplay beats.The Team thrives through shared design principles, strong communication, and collaborative iteration.Hiring Process1.
