Job Description: This role is responsible for performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research and due diligence related to transactions, and preparing support documentation and client presentation materials. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex financial models and performing various financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Associates and Vice Presidents to build financial models and prepare client presentations and final work products, including due diligence questionnaires, working group lists, and presentations to clients and internal committees.
  2. Support origination efforts, evaluate new opportunities, and execute deals across multiple sectors and products including M&A, ECM, DCM, and Leveraged Finance.
  3. Serve as a key resource working closely with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Relationship Managers to create client deliverables and respond to ad-hoc client requests.
  4. Perform industry and company research to support business development and ad-hoc requests.
  5. Assist in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups.
