Job description

As part of the Forvis Mazars Singapore Innovation team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, pro-active and effective person to support the firm’s growth on innovation & transformation projects to enhance the firm’s competitiveness and operational efficiency. This role requires the incumbent to support the planning, implementation and administration of the innovation roadmap and business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, implementation & maintenance of innovation projects and business applications.
    • Business applications include Enterprise Applications (ERP, HRMS, CRM), Commercial-off-the-shelf-applications (M365, Copilot), Group Digital and AI Applications, and bespoke business unit specific solutions.
    • Planning & implementation work includes understanding user requirements, developing process and solution design documents, facilitating the necessary approvals.
    • Maintenance involves supporting the troubleshooting for local and group application matters, liaising with the relevant internal and external providers
  • Support the Innovation team in managing projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • Handling any other coordination role as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, IT
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment and equipped with a “can do” attitude
  • A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills and being able to anticipate needs of the accounting team/clients
  • Meticulous and structured
  • Excellent team player
  • Be outward-looking, and have a people-oriented personality, committed and driven with a keen interest to learn
